There are many parents who are attempting to be a little more liberal and not utilize corporal punishment as much as they did in the past. In many homes, most spankings take place when their daughter is quite young, with attempts to phase it out as the girl grows older. Spankings can be administered anytime and anywhere in this home, as this mom is not all that picky. If she is in the middle of something, she will simply send the offending girl to her room to wait.
