This process has proven to be so effective that it has been in use for several generations with very little variation at all. Young lady gets in trouble, often related to chores, backtalk, profanity, or her smart mouth. Young lady is sent to her room to wait for a visit from dad. Young lady still has major attitude which clearly needs to be corrected.
She is all attitude at the moment, but that is about to change.
Dad comes into young lady’s room. Dad removes his heavy leather belt and folds it in half. There is no more arguing and there is no more lecturing, it is time for the belt to do the talking.
She had been expecting mom to pay her a visit, her heart sinks as she sees it is dad and he is going to use his belt.
Young lady begins to lose a bit of her attitude as she realizes for this whoopin, her bottom will be bared. She lowers her skirt and panties, and then bends over the bed. She knows any delay or protest will result in a much longer whoopin than she has already earned.
The reality of the situation hits her as he speaks those dreaded words “bare your bottom and bend over”.

We have all known a girl just like her, but for the most part, we had no idea. She may exist a little more often in the South, but this girl actually lives in every part of our country and throughout the world. We may think that she no longer exists, as this is a more modern time, but that assumption would be incorrect. This young lady is alive and well and may indeed be your next door neighbor. There is no way to tell her apart from any other teen girl out there, as her little secret only takes place behind closed doors. She has no reason to share her secret with anyone, as she finds the whole thing quite embarrassing, but it really is out of her hands and is just part of her daily life.

For this young lady getting spanked is, and always has been, just a daily part of her life. It may be that she is not very well behaved, or that she has very strict parents (typically a combination of both), but spanking is not just the primary form of punishment in her house, it is the only form of punishment. While this may indeed take place in a household in which the dad takes care of the discipline, it is much more common with a stay at home mom that handles the spankings herself. This mom will generally have grown up in a similar environment and knows first-hand how effective a spanking can be.

Based on current corporal punishment statistics, right now, at this very moment there is a young lady in each and every high school in this country squirming in her seat, at least a little bit, from the last spanking that she received. These girls are not being abused; they are being raised in a manner that their parents believe is right. When these young ladies get a little mouthy, or start slacking, or bring home that report card that is unacceptable, their bottoms do indeed pay the price.

In most cases, the application of corporal punishment is a private affair between a teen girl and one of her parents. Typically the naughty young lady is either sent to, or escorted to, the location in which she will be spanked, and the spanking then takes places behind closed doors. But not all naughty young are quite this lucky and their punishment becomes a little more of a public event.
One of the more common variations on this is when two siblings find themselves in trouble together. There are many parents out there that feel strongly about administering a punishment to all of the offenders at the same time, such as the two young ladies below. These older teen sisters were both sent to one of the girl’s rooms and told to bare their bottoms and wait for dad to come up to administer the punishment that they have earned. Dad removes his belt, and as you can see in the picture below, he does not hold back in wearing their little bottoms out.

The sisters below find themselves in a lot of trouble with their dad and he decides to take their cell phones for six weeks, which they both strongly protest. The only other option they are offered is the kind of discipline they received when they were much younger, which is hard corporal punishment. They are both marched down into the basement for a little bit of privacy for their punishment. They quickly regret their decision as dad produces a heavy wooden bread board and gets right to work, one at a time, while they grab their ankles. After a couple of dozen severe swats with the paddle, the desired effect is achieved as they both leave with bruised bottoms and tears in their eyes.

There are some families that handle all discipline issues in the house during the “family meeting”. Regardless of who is in trouble, all members of the family are brought in for a discussion about behavior. This allows an environment in which undesirable behavior can be addressed, so all of those present are very clear about what is and is not acceptable behavior. The offender or offenders can then be punished in full view of everyone present, which helps to serve as a warning to other as to how misbehavior is dealt with. The behavior of all three sisters over the course of the week is discussed and then the two unlucky ones go over the arm of the couch for an additional “conversation” with dad’s belt. There are then those parents that feel that a punishment needs to be administered right of the spot at the exact moment an infraction takes place, regardless of who is present. There have been many young ladies over the years that have had the unfortunate experience of being spanked in front of one of their friends. The young lady below is experiencing this very thing as her father comes home and realizes that she is relaxing with a friend instead of doing her homework. Her recent report card led to a new rule in the house that school work will take place, directly after school, and before any other activity. Certainly there are many parents who discipline on the spot without any time spent allowing the young lady to think about what she did or what the results will be. Yes this can indeed by quite effective as it allows for immediate negative reinforcement and allows her to associate the immediate pain she is feeling with the event that just occurred. But in the long run, I do not think this is the most effective way to administer corporal punishment.
Alone in her room, all she can think about is that corporal punishment will soon be applied to her poor bottom.
The process of spanking a naughty teen girl, in many cases, should be more of an overall event than just a painful experience. By simply bending her over and immediately brining pain to her bottom, there are so many dynamics to the overall punishment experience that are lacking. One of the most important parts of this process if the waiting and anticipation of the punishment. Regardless of how much trouble she is in and how hard the spanking will be, if she is given a little time to think about it, it will always become worse for her in her mind. Parents around the world have different techniques for really taking advantage of this process in order to make the punishment more effective.
She does not know when it will happen, or how it will happen, but left alone with her thoughts it always becomes much worse in her head.
The most common method is to send the young lady to her room and for her to be told that she will be spanked later. There are no requirements as to what she can or cannot do in her room, she simply knows that at some point someone will be paying her bottom a visit. This is best accomplished my not telling when someone will be visiting her, who it will be, or even what she will be spanked with. She is just left waiting with her imagination running wild with the thoughts of how bad it will be. She is able to run through a dozen scenarios as she considers if it will be mom or dad, on the bare or over clothes, will it be the paddle or the belt, what position will she assume, how long will it last, and how hard will she cry.
She knows it will be from her dad, it will be on the bare, and he will be using the paddle…she just does not know when.
She will try her best to busy herself, play on her phone, or do a little homework, but the reality is, she can think of nothing but the punishment she is to receive. There is really nothing she can do to clear her mind of the thought that at any moment, or in several hours, her bottom is going to be blistered. She might get a few seconds of peace here and there but her mind is always brought right back to a jolt of reality that somehow involves corporal punishment and lots of tears.

Another common method used by parents is somewhat of a focused wait. It is not quite the same as corner time; it is more a long moment of reflection. In this case the young lady in trouble is sent to a specific location and told to just think about what she has done. This is also often done with the implement to be used on her in her possession. Many young ladies across this country have been sent to get the wooden spoon or hairbrush and then are just required to sit on their bed and wait. In this case there is nothing to distract them and they are left alone with the implement that will be responsible for such great pain. As much as they might try to not look at it, or even touch it, that becomes quite impossible and all they can think about is the last time it was used on them and how much it hurt.
Dad is in no hurry to tear her bottom up with the belt. He may make her wait 15 minutes as he finished his favorite TV show.
Even with an older teenage girl, corner time still has its place in the homes across the world. Nothing makes a girl who is getting a little too big for her britches, realizes her age and immaturity and having her bare her bottom and stand in the corner before, and after, her spanking. It demonstrates to her who is really still in charge and the authority they still have over her. Bare bottom corner time not only adds the period of reflection, but it adds a very embarrassing element to the process. The best versions of corner time are done in a somewhat public manner for this exact reason. While standing with her nose in the corner and her bottom bared in her bedroom still allows for her imagination to run wild as to how she will be spanked, it is nowhere the same experience as waiting with her bottom bared while standing in the family room for all to see.

Another popular version of making a young lady wait to receive corporal punishment is for her to have to assume the position she is to be punished in. This is made even more difficult for her if she is made to wait with her bottom bared. A timeout in position leaves a little less to the imagination as she already knows what position she is to be spanked, and may indeed also know what she is going to be spanked with. But this really leaves her focused on one thing in particular…the pain her bottom will be feeling. This can be done in the privacy of her room, or more effectively in full view of anyone present.
Dad has sent her to the basement where all the corporal punishment is administered. She waits in position with the strap hung above her. She waits for her dad to come down and give her the strapping of her life.
When she is made to wait in position, this too can become a punishment itself if she is required to maintain it for any length of time. It is not as easy as it sounds to bend over and grab your ankles for a considerable period of time. She then finds herself finds herself in a bit of a metal struggle as she wants to be done with the position, but the only way that is going to happen involves crying her eyes out as dad stripes her bottom with his heavy leather belt.
In order to make the application of corporal punishment more of an event, and not just an experience, it is indeed important to utilize some manner in which a young lady is made to wait, and therefore anticipate, and fear the punishment to the fullest.

When it comes to applying corporal punishment to an older teen girl, there are many thoughts that may race through our heads. I think for most of us, when trying to picture an 18 year old girl, still living at home, receiving corporal punishment from one of her parents, there is often a lovely bare bottom being presented for punishment, such as in the animation below.

Here we have an 18 year old girl, set to her room to be punished by her dad, and she is told to bare her bottom and wait. This is certainly a sexy image, but I fear it is a little far from reality. If we want to bring reality fully into play, especially when dealing with a high school age teen girl, we have to consider what really happens behind closed doors. For the most part, it is Southern and Mid-Western girls that still find themselves receiving corporal punishment well into their teen years. It will typically be in a small rural town with a heavy religious influence, a place in which corporal punishment has always been the norm. There is a good chance that this is also a town in which corporal punishment is still allowed in the schools.
When a girl that has grown up in such an environment, it is quite likely that corporal punishment has been the primary form of discipline since she was a little girl. Yes, there may have been some bare bottom discipline in her younger years, but even strict spanking parents tend to phase out the bare bottom aspect of a spanking by puberty. The other thing that is typically phased out as she grown into a teen girl is handspankings. As she grew from a little girl into a teen girl, there is a very good chance that her parents began to use an implement of some sort to punish her bottom. While implements such as a wooden spoon, a hairbrush, wooden paddle, and even a switch are all a possibility, for most teen girls their reality is getting spanked with a leather belt. Based on my experiences living in the South, there is a 90% chance that dad is the disciplinarian in the family. Mom might make the rules and be the one in the home that decides who is in trouble, but in the typical Southern family, butts get blistered when dad gets home.
Now while the animation above might be fun to fantasize about, it just is not how a strict dad gets to business in the privacy of his home. In reality, dad’s belt is coming off, or maybe there is the belt that is kept for just that purpose, and a girl is bending over exactly how she is. She is not sent to change, her pants and panties do not come down, whatever she is wearing is what she is going to be spanked over. For the typical Southern or Mid-Western girl, this probably means she is getting a whoopin over her jeans or shorts. There might be the instance in which dad gets home late and has to wake his daughter for her strapping, and she ends up getting it on her pjs or panties, but that is not the norm. The naughty daughter might be sent to her room to wait, or dad might just get right to business wherever it needs to take place. As much as it hurts, and as hard as she is crying, her butt stays exactly where it is supposed to. Her whoopin continues until he feels the job is done, and that is when he knows that she will be sitting gingerly for a few days. Strict Southern parents are not worried about bruises, or social services, they are simply focused on hurting her bottom enough that she will get her act together.
Based on these parameters, let’s take a look at some strict corporal punishment being applied in the most realistic way possible. This first girl is in trouble as a result of her mom constantly being on her case about getting her laundry done, and specifically the state that she leaves the laundry room in. Her clothes will stay in the dryer for days, making it impossible for anyone else to get their own laundry done. After repeated warnings, over several days, her mom finally loses it when she see the state of the laundry room, with clothes everywhere, ironing half done, and just an overall mess. This young lady’s dad is informed of the situation and mom wants her to get a hard whoopin. Dad walks her down to the laundry room to see for himself, and realizes that there is some work to be done. He tells her to bend over and place her hands on the dryer as his belt comes out of the loops. As you can see in the animations below, his strokes are hard, fast, and consistent. He is not going lightly at all and there is no doubt that her bottom is going to be worn out when he is through.

From beginning to end the entire strapping lasts 59 seconds and it was clearly enough to get the job done right.
The next girl is about to realize that she is growing a little too big for her britches at the age of 19. As a result of previous behavior, she was given restrictions as to what time she needed to be home. Her mom thought she needed a strapping as a result of the previous behavior, but dad agreed that maybe she was getting a little too old to be spanked. Well, on the very first day of her restrictions she came home 15 minutes later than she was told. This was all it took for dad to decide that mom was right and go right back to the last form of punishment that really worked. Without hesitation he tells her to bend over, exactly where she was standing, and grab her ankles. His heavy belt is pulled off and he gets right to work teaching her the lesson he should have in the first place. You can tell by his swing that he is all business. This is not a simple strapping that comes from the just the forearm, he is putting his whole arm into it as well as twisting his body with every stroke. In the final punishment, we once again have a mom who is fed up with the lack of attention to chores in her house. With several children she needs everyone to pitch in and do their part around the house. A lot of the responsibility falls onto the older daughter, but she seems to slack the most. Her mom had asked her to take care of the dished in the dishwasher and in the sink before dinner, a chore that she overlooked completely. When her parents returned that evening and mom saw that nothing had been touched, she was quite angry. She went upstairs to find her daughter, basically where she had left her 4 hours before, on her bed on her laptop, goofing off on Facebook. Not as composed as her husband typically is, she lost it and began yelling at her daughter about the dishes and lack of work on chores in general. She marched her downstairs to the kitchen, stopping to get the heavy leather belt on their way down. She handed the belt to her husband and told him to beat her ass with it until she finally learned to clean up the house properly. He tells her to turn around and bend over and gets right to work. As you can see below, it is a traditional Southern style strapping that is applied hard and fast.

From the audio you can tell that he is not holding back at all. She tries to keep her composure while her bottom is being beaten black and blue, but it does not take all that long before the tears begin to fall. He sees this as a good sign and continues the relentless strapping with the belt until she is reacting like she did when she was a little girl. This a punishment she has earned and he is going to make sure she pays in full.
It may be a whoopin over her pants, but it is clear from her bruised bottom that dad was able to get the job done.
